The new DFS Store opened in Haverfordwest in December 2017, and Havas PR Edinburgh needed marketing photography of the opening, and the brand new interiors.
Arriving early in the morning the light was perfect to light up the front of the new store with the dawn sun. The brand new and untouched interiors were then photographed using an architectural lens, with careful colour balancing being done in post-production.
Shots were then set up of the new manager, the mayor, and some customers, as per the brief. A further visit to the store was undertaken in Feb 2018 for some publicity shots of an award to one of the staff.
There was limited time on each visit, and the staff and photographer worked quickly and efficiently to get the best from the shoots.
